You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unlawful acts, by using our site you accept to all the terms listed on here. If you do not agree to any of them then please leave our website and stop using it.

   • All of our payments are taken via a third party payment providers (namely SagePay and Paypal) and the terms of use for this are available on their sites.

   • Information and content that appears on our website is not advise and should not be taken as advise nor should it affect your purchasing decisions.

   2. Can change the terms of us as well as the privacy policy at any time, if you use the site after the changes you are accepting these new changes.

   • Nooks-Novelties.com often link to other websites, these websites are often third party ones and are maintained by other people and so we cannot be held responsable for any of the information or contents of these websites. As such we take no responsibility for any of these third party websites.

   1. Content on our site is subject to UK laws, any copyright or trademarks are owned by their respective owners. All of the content, design, graphics, text and other information is owned by Nooks-Novelties.com and must not be used without prior written agreement.
   2. When visiting and using our website you agree that you are using the site purely for personal use and you are not using any of the information for commercial use. This includes copying information, text, images, design and so forth.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   1. Our website is here to provide you with a place to order personalised items from, the website is provided as it is and is available most of the time however it may be taken offline at any point for updates.
   2. To the extent permitted by the law, Nooks-Novelties.com will not be liable for any loss or damage both indirect and direct as a result of using our website or products.
   3. Any missing items due to incorrect delivery addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.
   4. Nooks-Novelties.com aims to have a fully working website but we make no guarentee that this will always be the case. We use hosting and servers from third parties so we cannot guarentee the safety of this site although we make it a priority to make sure it is safe.
   5. A large number of products featured on Nooks-Novelties.com are made to order. All payments for personalised goods must be taken in advance of production due to the bespoke nature of the products. Please note that made to order and personalised products cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing fault.
   6. Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order or make any amendments to personalisations. Placing an order is confirmation that the customer accepts full liability that the information provided is correct. Due to the nature of personalised goods we cannot offer a refund for personalisation mistakes for data entered incorrectly by the customer.
8. Laws
   • These Terms of use are in relation to the law of UK and any country with which you are visiting from.
9. Fulfilment
   • All orders are processed and sent using a variety of different courier and delivery companies such as Royal Mail, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e with the delivery company, if this is the case we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.
   • Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed and we accept no liability for delivery delays.
10. Prices
    • All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery.
